Drilling holes with the same diameter as the caster post at each corner of the ottoman, about one inch from each side. Insert wheels into the holes properly and facing ottoman right side up. Place the lid on top of the assembled Ottoman boards. Lift the cover slightly and place the hinges evenly on the upper surface of one of the side boards. Mark the location of the screw holes in both the kicker and the lid. Attach the hinges to the side board and cover with 1-inch wood screws.

Continue stretching and stapling the fabric along the sides, working slowly and filling padding in the lid as you go. Leave a six inch opening on the last page and stuff lid until it is secure.
